Brief:
Initially to advise on appropriate levels of base salary and annual bonus for the top management team and, subsequently, to design and implement long term equity incentive arrangements.
Solution:
- MM & K identified an appropriate peer group of comparable companies and agreed the list with our client
- MM & K identified the roles to be benchmarked and obtained an accurate role description from the client
- MM & K researched practice by the selected peer group companies and prepared a benchmarking report showing the position of our client in the market
- The next steps are:
- to work with our client to design and implement appropriate long term equity incentive arrangements for senior executives below the top management level
- to agree a plan specification and
- to provide all necessary documentation for the agreed plan design.
