Brief:

NASDAQ – listed e-learning and communications company. Underwent major change, including new CEO and senior team; change of strategic direction. Needed to focus and bring together an uncertain workforce.

Solution:

MM & K worked with Remuneration Committee and new CEO to:
  • Define an agreed remuneration strategy consistent with the business plan
  • Put in place a new organisational structure
  • Benchmark existing cash remuneration to market
  • Support HR to prepare job descriptions and to put in place new salary progression and performance management programmes
  • Put in place new sales incentives for the sales team
  • Design and implement new equity incentive plans for key executives and a share acquisition plan for all employees
