In November 2006, MM & K acquired Independent Remuneration Solutions (“IRS”), an independent company providing high quality consulting services on executive remuneration. In addition, IRS produces market leading surveys of executive directors’ pay packages and non-executive directors’ remuneration.
The combination of MM & K and IRS creates a significant independent presence in the market for high quality advice on pay and rewards.
