The survey gives information on fee levels, time commitments and attitudes to all aspects of their jobs from independent directors sitting on the boards of private, AIM, main market and multi national groups.
In addition to tables covering fees, time commitments and non-executive directors' views on issues of corporate governance, a section covers all aspects of the work of the remuneration committee including the respondents view on key aspects of remuneration design for executive directors.
